Returns window
You may return an unworn piece within 7 days of delivery, with tags and original packaging intact.
What cannot be returned
Blouses that have been stitched or altered, pieces where fall and pico was done to your instruction, and items marked final sale.
How to start a return
Write to shadesoflavenderofficial@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photograph of the piece.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, including shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
